Supervillains

A supervillain is the status of anyone who users their powers for stealing, pillaging, and disrupting the peace of Miracle City. There are more known supervillains then there are known superheroes. The Super Villain that makes the most appearances is Puma Loco, but he is never the main villain of a plot. The villain with the most appearances and was central to the plot would be Sartana of the Dead.
