Doctor Chipotle Junior is the evil son of the equally evil Dr. Chipotle Sr. He is the first villain of the series to be introduced chronologically in the series, and uses his scientific knowledge to produce various versions of his Guacamole Monster. He is also particularly known for yelling out the phrase "SWINE!" when infuriated. Chipotle Jr. is friends with Sergio and the two have visited one another to play video games. In later episodes, it is shown that he has a crush on Frida Suárez, similar to Sergio. A running gag throughout the series is when either Manny or Frida mess up his name.
Chipotle was created in a lab accident, at an unknown point. Envious of El Tigre, he cloned himself twice and accelerated the ages of them to serve as his father and grandfather figures.
When Dr. Chipotle Jr. was just 7, he witnessed El Tigre and White Pantera put his dad in jail, and he swore to get back at them some day.

Canon Future[]
Confirmed by Jorge that Diego/Dr. Chipotle Jr. would date Frida Suárez in high school after she dated Sergio. Later on, Frida would break up with Diego for an unknown reason and unknown time, but Diego managed to get over it by making a Frida replica made out of Guacamole and naming it Guaca-Frida (a reference to how Siego made a robot replica of Frida and named it Frida-Bot).
In civilian mode, his metal arm is retracted and replaced with a normal one, and his cybernetic eye transforms into an inconspicuous pair of glasses, complete with a holographic eye.
His shirt has a red chili on it, a nod to some of the monsters he creates as well as his namesake.
Dr. Chipotle Jr. is voiced by Richard Steven Horvitz, who is known for voicing Zim on Invader Zim, another cancelled Nicktoon.
