Note: The numbers are more of a supplement that go into promotions rather than a standard. If you do meet the criteria, there are no guarantees that you will earn the position.

Becoming a administrator

If any specific user wants to become an admin, here is the criteria:

  • They must be a content mod for at least two weeks.

If these criteria are met, they are eligible for adminship. However, they must meet certain criteria during the election for becoming an admin:

  • They must have at least 66.7% (2/3) of the vote.
  • All of the voters have to list their usernames in the forum comments.
  • The election page must be on the forum.
  • At least one of the Admins must vote "yes."
  • If two or more Admins "no", the election is over.
  • An election ends 24 hours after being submitted.

If these criteria are met, then they can officially become an admin.

Becoming a bureaucrat

If a user wants to be a bureaucrat, they must meet the same requirements for becoming an admin, with some modified, and more rigorous requirements:

  • They must have the "Key to the Wiki" badge.
  • They must have at least 250 edits in total.
  • They must have added at least 25 images to articles.
  • They must have uploaded at least 10 images.
  • They must have at least 100 edits on articles.
  • They must have been an admin for at least two weeks.

Elections are not required for becoming a bureaucrat.

Becoming a content mod

If a user wants to be a content mod, then they must meet the following requirements:

  • They must have made at least 100 edits on articles.
  • They must have added at least 15 images to articles.
  • They must have uploaded at least 5 images.
  • They must have at least 250 edits in total.
  • Has a good history of behaving, and cooperating with others.

Elections are not required to become a content mod.

Becoming a chat mod

If a user wants to be a chat mod, then they must meet only a few requirements regarding chat.

  • They must be active on chat.
  • Must have been nominated for the position by another user who has chat mod rights.

Again, elections are not required to become a chat mod.

Becoming a rollback

If a user wants to become a rollback, they must meet a few requirements:

  • They must have not vandalized a page beyond their first day in the wiki.
  • Have a history of properly undoing edits.
  • Has a history of making good quality edits.

Demotion

Demotion can happen with an election and the same election guidelines. Demotion can occur if a staff member:

  • Intimidated a user multiple times.
  • Does not edit properly.
  • Does not follow wiki rules.
  • Unjustly blocks users.
  • Abuses their power in any way.
