Plot While the Riveras go out to a charity gala, their Little Mule(donkey)and Señor Chapi(parrot) are left in charge. Looking through a telescope, they notice that the bothersome goat and rooster next door has their sombrero-shaped chew toy. Then, the Little Mule(donkey) and Señor Chapi(parrot) pull out all the stops to get their chew toy back. Trivia/Goofs This episode's formula is based closely upon old Looney Tunes cartoons and classic cartoons. Both of President Rodriguez's animals seem to be pure breed sport animals. As you can see trophies and ribbons for Roosters wins. Probably for cock fighting. This episode has Senor Chapi and Donkey as the main characters instead of Manny and Frida. This is the only episode that Frida doesn't appear in.
